Phonesafe mobile phone insurance covers you for up to £1,000 worth of unauthorised calls. This includes cover for calls made up to 12 hours before you report the loss or theft to the police, your network provider and us. It means you don't need to worry if you can't get in touch with us straight away. If your phone is used for fraudulent calls and texts before you report it, you'll still be covered. Just call the police and your network provider within 24 hours of discovering the incident and CPP within 48 hours.
