When you call us please make sure you have the following to hand your mobile phone number, your direct debit details, the make and model of your phone and the name of your network provider.

You will also need your IMEI number (the unique serial number that identifies your handset - enter *#06# on your handset to display the number. You will also find it printed on the inside of the handset's battery case).
